gentle reminder club: A practical APPROACH TO REAL WELLBEING
Gentle Reminder Club (GRC) supports people in building healthier routines through coaching, movement, and practical habit change.
Through 1:1 coaching, personal training, and thoughtfully created content, it helps people feel better, move with more intention, and build routines that fit their everyday lives.
The focus is on creating change that feels realistic and consistent — so wellbeing becomes something that can be sustained over time, not just something explored temporarily.
Why I created GRC
Gentle Reminder Club was born from a decision to step away from my career in management consulting to pursue work that felt more aligned with what truly motivates me — helping people feel better and thrive in their everyday lives.
I’ve always had a strong connection to movement and sport. I started playing volleyball at 14 and have stayed close to sports ever since, which shaped how I understand discipline, consistency, and the role movement plays in overall wellbeing.
During my time in consulting, I worked with different organizations leading change management initiatives — supporting teams and individuals through transformation, uncertainty, and new ways of working. Through that experience, I became increasingly interested in the human side of change: how people navigate challenges, build resilience, and adapt in meaningful ways.
That curiosity led me to explore wellbeing and mental health more deeply, and eventually to train as a coach.
GRC brings all of these experiences together — combining my background in behavior change, my connection to movement, and my passion for supporting people in building healthier, more sustainable lives.
my WORK PHILOSOPHY
-
My work is grounded in both professional training and continuous learning.
I’m a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) & Certified Personal Trainer (NASM).These credentials reflect a commitment to working with evidence-based approaches and maintaining a high standard of practice.
At the same time, I believe learning is ongoing. My work continues to evolve through experience, study, and working closely with people in real-life contexts.
-
My work sits at the intersection of coaching, movement, and habit design.
I focus on helping people:
build sustainable habits instead of chasing perfection
strengthen their relationship with movement
create routines that feel realistic and consistent
connect mindset and action in a way that fits real life
The goal is not to do everything perfectly, but to build a way of living that supports how you want to feel — over time.
-
My work is built around the idea that meaningful change happens when mindset, habits, and action are connected.
Coaching sessions focus on building awareness, clarity, and consistency — helping you understand patterns, navigate challenges, and create habits that feel sustainable.
Personal training focuses on strength, movement, and longevity — supporting you in building a stronger relationship with your body and improving how you move.
Together, this creates a more complete approach, where both mindset and action are supported in a way that fits real life.
how grc works
the community
GRC is also shaped by the people who are part of it.
Through the content shared, it becomes a place to reflect, learn, and feel understood — knowing that others are navigating similar challenges, building routines, and working toward becoming their best selves.
It’s about moving forward with intention and consistency, while feeling supported along the way — not alone, but as part of a shared journey.
1:1 support
For those looking for more personalized guidance, 1:1 coaching and personal training provide structure, accountability, and support tailored to your goals.
This is where the work becomes more specific, helping you turn intention into consistent action.
why both
The combination of community and 1:1 support allows for a more balanced approach.
The community offers ongoing support and perspective, while 1:1 work provides the depth and personalization needed to create lasting change.
