Hi I’m Flo! — National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and founder of Gentle Reminder Club.

I created GRC from a genuine desire to help people feel better, move better, and build routines that truly support their lives — in a way that feels more realistic, intentional, and sustainable.

My work brings together coaching, movement, and habit design, because I’ve seen that lasting change doesn’t come from focusing on just one area. It comes from learning how to connect mindset, behavior, and action in a way that fits real life.

With a background in coaching, behavior change, and personal training, I support clients with both structure and flexibility — helping them create progress that feels meaningful and sustainable over time.
